Baking Chips

Sugar-free chocolate chips are the one baking ingredient almost everyone keeps on hand, and there's a decent range. Lily's makes Dark Chocolate Style, Semi-Sweet and Milk Chocolate Style chips sweetened with stevia, plus a Chocolate Salted Caramel version.

Hershey's has Zero Sugar chocolate chips and Reese's Zero Sugar peanut butter chips, and Krisda makes a sugar-free chocolatey chip. Camino's 100% cacao chips are unsweetened, for recipes where you're adding your own sweetener and want full control over it.

Compare net carbs per serving between brands, since the sweetener (stevia, erythritol or sucralose) changes the count. They go into cookies, muffins and fat bombs, and a handful straight from the bag is a valid use too.
